Project Title
Enhancing Quality Infrastructure to Improve Green Material utilization in The Building Structures
Project Status
Project in Implementation
The project aims to improve the quality of infrastructure by promoting the utilization of green materials in building structures. Green materials, such as recycled or renewable resources, are essential for sustainable development, as they reduce environmental impact and promote resource efficiency. However, their widespread adoption faces challenges related to quality assurance, standards compliance, and market acceptance.
The project would potentially address the following:
a) Identify innovative green materials suitable for building construction. This includes performance, durability, and environmental impact compared to traditional materials.
b) Collaborating with industry stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and standards organizations to identify potential International standards and certifications scheme for green materials as reference for national standards.
c) Training or education programs involving architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders both public and private on the benefits and proper use of green materials. d)Exercising potential guideline for monitoring mechanisms to track the usage of green materials in building construction projects. |
