The Project entails an investment of USD 13.5 million in a USD 75 million Sustainability-Linked Bond (SLB) issuance by Telecom Armenia, to be publicly listed on the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX).
Project Objectives
EBRDs investment will support the issuance of the SLB with proceeds to be used to refinance Telecom Armenias existing debt and finance its growth capex plan, contributing to the Companys operational and financial sustainability. |
