The transaction includes a financing package with a US$ 25 million long-term loan and a US$ 10 million revolving import credit line to support the company’s investment plan and growth. The project will fund capacity expansion for battery production in Manaus and Extrema, Brazil, including a new and expanded BESS production line, acquisition of electric mobility and telecom equipment, automation upgrades in Manaus, a new LFP production line, and the construction of a battery plant for electric and hybrid vehicles. The objective is to increase and diversify value-added production, boost supply chain growth, create formal jobs, and provide energy storage solutions benefiting the Amazon region.
