Project Name Research on New-pattern Low-Carbon Urban Construction Path and Policy Project Number 58257-001 Country / Economy China, Peoples Republic of Project Status Approved Project Type / Modality of Assistance Technical Assistance The TA will support the Ministry of Housing and Urban & Rural Development (MHURD) to (i) develop a standard and database related to urban construction life cycle carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions on buildings; (ii) prepare technological pathways of low-carbon urban transition towards carbon neutrality; and (iii) develop policy incentives promoting low-carbon urban transition. Based on the research and pilot implementation, the TA will provide policy advice, enhance capacity of XX (with at least 35% women), and disseminate knowledge. |
