Provision of up to €9 million, senior loan (the "Loan") to the Borrower in two committed tranches.
Tranche 1: Up to €7 million for the construction of a new distribution centre, related equipment, the 0.5 MW solar plant, and refinancing.
Tranche 2: Up to €2 million for the introduction of a new ERP system.
Project Objectives
The project will allow Silbo to increase its distribution capacities and strengthen the market position as the leading cold-chain distributor in Serbia. The project will also include the installation of PV panels atop the new distribution center, sourced from a supplier listed on the EBRD Green Technology Selector, underscoring the Silbos commitment to sustainable and energy-efficient operations. Furthermore, the project involves upgrading the outdated ERP system to a modern solution, better aligned with Silbos current operational scale and needs. |
