The project supports the development of human resources in Morocco to support health sovereignty through the pharmaceutical industries. The project includes two objectives and as many components: (i) the creation of the Pharmaceutical Industry Training Institute in Casablanca, (ii) the strengthening of the IGD system through technical assistance. For this center, the project includes the construction and equipment of the center according to a factory school model allowing all the tasks encountered in companies to be carried out on site. The center will mainly offer initial training (over 2 years, technician and specialized technician level), but also continuing training, qualifying training and contractual training for employment in partnership with ANAPEC. In total, IFMIP will welcome approximately 500 learners / year (excluding continuing training) |
