The project will support the research, development and innovation (RDI) activities of Sodiaal dairy cooperative in France, active in agriculture and bioeconomy. In particular, the promoters RDI investments concern: (i) the development of a portfolio of innovative dairy products; (ii) additional applications of existing ingredients; (iii) decarbonisation of milk producers. Objectives The aim is to increase the resource efficiency of the promoters current industrial activities and its resilience.
