The development objective of Integrated Land Administration and Spatial Planning Project for Indonesia is to strengthen climate-informed spatial planning, land tenure security and land administration in Indonesia. The project comprises five components. 1) The first component, Climate-Informed Spatial Planning, will finance data development and consulting services for the formulation of Detailed Spatial Plans (RDTRs) and integrated Spatial Plans for National Strategic Areas (RTR KSNs). 2) The second component, Strengthening Land Tenure and Landscape Management, will finance systematic land registration, registration of customary lands, and setting of village boundaries to strengthen land tenure security. 3) The third component, Land Information System and Valuation, will finance the development of a modern Land Information System (LIS), and production of ZNT maps to strengthen integrated land administration. 4) The fourth component, Large-Scale Base Maps for Climate Action, will be implemented by the Geospatial Information Agency (BIG), the national mapping authority of Indonesia. 5) The fifth component, Project Management and Capacity Building, will finance policy, regulatory and procedural assessments and reforms, project management under the Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Units (PIU), monitoring, coordination, and institutional capacity building.
