The Project will address critical wastewater treatment needs in Podujeva and will benefit an estimated 50,000 inhabitants. Project Objectives Extension of the Companys wastewater network and construction of a new WWTP in the Municipality of Podujeva to collect and treat wastewater in accordance with the relevant EU environmental standards. Significant reduction of raw wastewater volumes and its associated pollutant loads that are discharged straight into the river and local freshwater resources. |
