| Project Name | Support to Public Development Banks in technical capacity and knowledge in areas of Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) activities |
| Project Detail | The main objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen the capacity of National Development Banks (NDB) in implementing Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) processes. The specific objectives are to support: (i) the capacity building of Development Financial Institutions (DFI) in the region through a series of seminars and workshops on M&E; (ii) the access to and use of administrative data from multiple public and private sources to leverage the sustainable implementation of complementary information system that is essential to the measurement of social returns; and (iii) the design of an optimal incentive of Randomized Control Trial (RCT) structure that motivates first and second tier entities to collect data and simplifies the construction of the counterfactual. |
