Actions to support the Technical Management of the Controlled Environment Research and Production Center (CIPAC).
General Objective:
Initiate the development of a set of actions to support the technical management of CIPAC and create the necessary synergies to establish strategic alliances with the public and private sectors that guarantee the development and sustainability of the Center to promote the development of the agricultural sector in Panama.
Specific Objectives:
Establish strategic alliances with the public and private sectors to ensure the sustainability of CIPAC to promote the development of the agricultural sector in the country
Develop documents for the strategic and operational guidance of CIPAC
Expected Results:
CIPAC has updated the components of the Annual Operating Plan (POA)
CIPAC has a diagnosis of the state of extension, training and technical assistance in Controlled Environment Agriculture (AAC) developed.
CIPAC has a training plan and terms of reference for the design of courses in Controlled Environment, Vertical Agriculture, and Aquaponics.
CIPAC has general agreements negotiated and formalized with external and internal research centers and universities signed.
CIPAC has a Master Plan for the Construction of the research centers in its 3 headquarters designed to be implemented
CIPAC has a consolidated tracking, monitoring and dissemination system |
