The main objective is to increase womens social influence and economic empowerment in Southern Africa, while accelerating the acceptance of energy transitions. This will be achieved through the empowerment of women in the sustainable energy sector, with a focus on increasing their involvement at all levels of management through mentoring programmes and capacity building activities. The aim is to improve womens skills and confidence. |
