The transaction consists of an investment in the Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital Latin America Fund II (the “Sub-Fund II”), a sub-fund of the Blue like an Orange Sustainable Capital Fund SICAV-SIF SCS (the “Fund”), an impact investment private credit fund that aims at contributing to inclusive and sustainable development, by delivering both strong social impact and market-based risk-adjusted returns in emerging markets. The Sub-Fund II is advised by Blue like an Orange (the Fund Adviser or BlaO), an impact and sustainability investor with proven track record financing sustainable impact in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). |
