| Project Detail | The project involves the construction, operation and maintenance of water distribution, wastewater collection and treatment services in Manaus, state of Amazonas, as stipulated in the concession agreement granted to Manaus Ambiental S.A. (“Aguas de Manaus or AdM”), a company incorporated under the laws of Brazil (the “Company” or the “Concessionaire”). The project investment (capex) is aligned with the contractual objectives of universalization, increasing the current water distribution coverage from 98% to 99% and wastewater collection and treatment coverage from 27% to 90%. |
