Project Objectives
Up to USD 5 million equity investment into Series C Preferred Shares of SeeTree Inc. ("SeeTree" or "Company"), a company incorporated in Israel working towards establishing a Ukrainian subsidiary, as part of a USD 16 million financing round. The Banks investment would result in the Bank holding up to c. 13.6% (depending on the investment amount and final agreed valuation) ownership in the Company on a fully diluted basis. |
