The loan will support the Spanish Maritime Safety and Rescue Agency (SASEMAR) in purchasing several vessels of different type and one helicopter.
Objectives
The acquisition of 8 high-speed response crafts (Salvamares), 1 mid-size rapid response vessel (Guardamar), 2 salvage tugs, and 1 rescue helicopter will contribute to SASEMARs maritime traffic control, marine environment protection as well as maritime search and rescue operations (including assistance to vessels).
