Project Description
Senior loan of up to €20 million in favour of Serbia and Montenegro Air Traffic Services SMATSA Llc ("SMATSA" or the "Company") to finance the upgrade of the Companys current TopSky-ATC Air Traffic Management ("ATM") system to TopSky-ATC One. The Project will be co-financed up to €25 million loan by the European Investment Bank ("EIB").
