The buildings include 18 elementary schools, 3 secondary schools, 2 kindergartens and one high education school. Project Objectives Improvement of the energy performance of the selected public educational buildings and enhancement of thermal comfort, better health and well-being for over 19,000 users via improvement of heating, cooling and ventilation systems and thermal insulation of the buildings envelope. Contribution to the reduction of GHG emissions and energy consumption, yielding electricity and heating savings. |
