Up to EUR 20 million equity investment in favour of Usaldusfond EfTEN Special Opportunities Fund ("EfTEN SOF" or the "Fund"), a closed-end real estate fund established in the form of a limited partnership incorporated in Estonia (the "Project"). The target size of the Fund is EUR 75 million.
