Project Description
A senior corporate loan in the amount of up to EUR 70 million equivalent to Nova Poshta LLC (the "Company"), to be provided as a multi-currency facility available for disbursement in UAH and EUR. The Project will finance the components of the Companys investment program for 2024, including an expansion and upgrade of the parcel locker and branch network, purchase of new equipment, and implementation of safety measures, such as the installation of safety capsules and shelters at the Companys working premises to protect staff and customers from shelling, bombings and missile attacks.
Project Objectives
The Project will contribute to Nova Poshtas long-term development strategy in Ukraine supporting the growth in parcel volumes, optimisation of supply chains, improvement in the quality of service, and will support the Companys resilience during the war by improving the working and safety conditions. |
