| Project Detail | This project is part of WSDOTs ongoing Fish Passage Barrier Removal Program where construction projects remove barriers to fish. The Chico Way/SR 3 interchange has several barriers to fish under both directions of SR 3 and under the highways southbound on- and off-ramps. This construction project will build replicated natural streambeds for Chico Creek and a tributary to Chico Creek. |
