Project Detail |
The goal of streamlining the regulation is to make everyday life easier for companies, to reduce unnecessary bureaucracy and thus unnecessary costs for companies arising from regulation and its compliance. The project is shared by the entire Government and it concerns all ministries and administrative branches.
The goal of the one-in, one-out principle and norminpuru is to reduce the unnecessary administrative burden on companies and streamline regulation for both companies and citizens.
The one-in, one-out principle requires that the effects of the new regulation on companies administrative burden and authority fees be evaluated in euro terms in all government proposals. This requires that the ministries take the assessment of administrative burdens as an integral part of the preparation of business regulation.
Based on the prepared burden estimates, an annual burden monitoring is prepared, which allows the government to decide on the necessary measures to ensure that the administrative burden on companies does not increase during this government term.
Measures of effectiveness are the number of government proposals reported in the burden monitoring, as well as the euro-denominated development of the administrative burden in the monitoring and the number of standards dismantled during the government term.
