The music school, constructed in the 1970s, has never undergone any major renovations and is currently in a state of disrepair. The school accommodates more than 170 students and employs 31 specialists. The available classes include piano, violin, flute, trumpet, duduk, guitar, kanon, and vocal instruction.
Project Description:
The proposed project involves the construction of a new two-story building covering an area of 1038 square meters. The first floor will comprise 11 classrooms, an administrative room, and bathrooms. Similarly, the second floor will house 12 classrooms, an administrative room, and bathrooms. Additionally, a basement measuring 156.5 square meters will be included in the buildings design, intended to serve as a bomb shelter. Adjacent to the main building, a separate hall with a capacity for 110 individuals will be erected, complete with its own designated space. A boiler room will also be incorporated into the buildings layout. |
