The objective of this technical cooperation is to support the design of the IDBs Framework to Support Populations in Situations of Fragility, Conflict and Violence, and will finance pilot exercises within the Framework, which will help close knowledge gaps on the causes and manifestations of situations. FCV at the subnational level and to inform the Banks operational response. In particular, the TC will finance the development and application of a methodology to identify FCV at the subnational level in LAC, being the first effort of this type in the region and the first at the subnational level among other MDBs. |
