| Project Name | Strengthening fiscal management capacities of subnational governments |
| Project Detail | The TC will support the strengthening of fiscal management capacities of departmental governments in Uruguay. In particular, the TC will: a) support the implementation of the digitalization of departmental services through the preparation of financial and cost-benefit evaluations of digital initiatives; b) support the design and implementation of mechanisms to assist improved revenue collection at the departmental level; and c) develop criteria for the alignment of subnational infrastructure works with climate change and gender and diversity equity goals. |
