To increase the internal capabilities of the Sub-Secretariat of Electricity Distribution and Commercialization of the Ministry of Energy and Mines through knowledge transfer to a team of professionals from the Public Companies of Medellín. This team will be prepared to replicate and implement new guidelines and policies in the electricity distribution sector, aiming to enhance its efficiency and meet the expectations and requirements of national electricity demand. Additionally, efforts will be made to acquire lessons learned and best practices in the operation and management of the energy distribution and commercialization system in the region.
