The Technical Cooperation Project aims to support the Ministry of National Integration in better coordination and strengthening of the capacity for conception, planning and execution of initiatives (studies, plans, programs and projects) in the Water Sector, through an integrated approach to two problems and solutions identified in the scope of this Setor.
General objective:
Support the Ministry of National Integration in the better coordination and strengthening of the capacity for conception, planning and execution of initiatives (studies, plans, programs and projects) in the Água Sector, through an integrated approach to two problems and solutions identified in the Sectors scope.
Specific objectives:
Contribute to the improvement of two projects of MI not that refer to the conception, planning, execution, conservation, operation and maintenance of water infrastructure works.
Establish a regulatory framework and a managerial framework for the convergence and harmonization of irrigated agriculture with the planning and management of the Water sector.
Identify and provide solutions of a preventive nature for situations of potential risk of occurrence of natural disasters and public calamities; Ensure the coordination and management of activities within the scope of the INTERÁGUAS - MI Program, in matters of inter-departmental coordination, integrated planning, management, monitoring and evaluation. |
