This initiative is based on the fact that the rural technical assistance services of public-private partnership models can be effective in responding to the organized demand for this type of services that are provided by individual and/or organized family farmers. The assistance seeks to facilitate the flows of knowledge, technology, technological innovation and others that can enhance access to markets in a resilient, competitive and sustainable manner. General objective: Increase the capacity of rural technical assistance services to effectively facilitate knowledge and technology flows within agricultural innovation systems in a way that fosters family farming with access to equitable, resilient and sustainable markets. Specific objectives: Strengthen the institutional and organizational capacities of the national RELASER forums. Support the initiatives of the national RELASER forums to improve the provision of services to farmers. |
