Support the operationalization of the Agropole-centre by promoting a business environment conducive to the sustainable development of the agricultural sectors to be industrialized and by making donations of infrastructure investments (whose profitability is low in the short term or which may become profitable only in the very long term) The action will revolve around 4 components: 1. Promotion of the adoption, and support for the implementation, of critical reforms for the development of the agri-food sector 2. Support for the structuring of interprofessions for critical food products grown, fished and raised within the Agropole-centre 3. Construction and equipment of 5 departmental platforms of the Agropole-centre (out of a total of 13), in particular those polarized around the regional industrial modules of Fatick and Kaffrine. 4. Structuring and professionalization of farmers organizations, based on the rural cooperative model, in order to organize around departmental platforms basic production, grouping of production, packaging, storage and grouped marketing, in the aim of guaranteeing a qualitatively and quantitatively stable supply base for the processing industries of the Agropole Centre.
