We will make technical corrections and clarifications to the law on the organization of labor services and the law on implementation (as well as possibly other laws related to the TE services 2024 reform), which are necessary for the smooth transfer of responsibility for organization.

- We will assess whether it is necessary to supplement the regulation so that the municipalities can also agree on the transfer of tasks other than those laid down for labor authorities in accordance with the Organization Act to the office holder of another municipality or group of municipalities in accordance with § 54 of the Municipal Act (e.g. labor policy statements referred to in the Unemployment Security Act, which fall under the competence of the labor authority).
- We will assess whether it is necessary to supplement the regulation on KEHAs tasks for the development and maintenance of interfaces; on the procedure for attaching the labor authorities own supplements; requirements, responsibility and control for add-ons, and the necessary changes will be implemented.
- We will assess whether it is necessary to supplement the regulation with a procedure for granting access rights to the customer information system to those employed by municipalities on August 1. – in the period between 31 December 2024.
- We will assess whether it is necessary to supplement the regulation regarding the transfer of personnel so that any personnel transfers between municipalities that take place after the transfer of organizational responsibility would also be covered by the transfer of business.
- In addition, technical repairs are made.
