Cancer is the leading cause of death in China and in the Asia Pacific Region. In the face of the serious challenges of the increasing incidence of thoracic tumors such as lung cancer and esophageal cancer, the project aims to hold the APEC Thoracic Cancer Precision Treatment Standardization Seminar and the APEC Frameworks Thoracic Cancer Surgery Standardization and Innovation Forum as a basis for further collaboration to address the APEC-wide issue of uneven treatment level of thoracic tumors in China this year. This project will provide a platform for government officials, medical practitioners, researchers, and clinicians from APEC economies to exchange and share their practices and experiences in promoting precision diagnosis and treatment for thoracic tumors. |
