The management and technical teams of the National Poultry Farmers Union (UNA) and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) in Mexico will jointly cooperate on three basic components: 1) Design, operation and, where appropriate, administration of a statistical information platform of interest to all players in the Mexican poultry industry. 2) Development of bioeconomic capacities of UNA technicians, managers and executives, through training courses and two specialized webinars; 3) Implementation of a Study of the Bioeconomic Potential of the Egg Poultry Chain, in the municipality of Tepatitlán, Jalisco, Mexico. The General Assembly of Members of UNA approved and will contribute the economic resources to IICA for its execution.
General objective:
Provide the technical, operational and administrative management so that IICA can help with the UNA.
Specific objectives:
Strengthening of technical capacities. Training of Technicians and Managers in bioeconomy and webinars;
Bioeconomic power study of the poultry chain for recovery of residues and waste throughout the chain, and;
Design and development of the computer platform.
Promote the biobusiness models identified with the greatest technical and economic potential
Provide the technical, administrative and cloud hosting service of Microsoft Azur, of the "SIAVICOLA Platform" |
