In the southern part of the main street of the settlement of Nerkin Khndzoresk, Goris community, Syunik marz, RA, six residential houses are planned for displaced families from Artsakh.
In the 0.75 ha land area allocated by the decision of the Council of Elders N 35-? of Goris, based on the composition of the beneficiary families presented by the "Chon and Hasmik Mkrtician" Foundation and the technical task provided by the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund, standard social houses were developed in accordance with the RA construction norms, taking into account local construction features.
A project of a two-story house with three bedrooms has been developed. A living room with a kitchen and a bathroom are also planned on the first floor.
The two-story building has a columnar structural solution, with mostly mixed local cladding on the outside.
A separate sewage well is planned for each of the houses, because there is no sewage system in the settlement.
Water supply and electricity supply is available and provided according to technical conditions. |
