Project Detail |
For the countries of the Andean Community, plantains and bananas are highly important, not only because they have an agro-industrial value and because they are important export products, but also because of the significance they have in the daily diet of their population and for the agri-food security of indigenous and Afro-descendant populations. This project seeks to contribute to the improvement and strengthening of capacities related to biosafety, prevention and drills that can respond to the different diseases that may occur in Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.

Develop training processes for national contingency plans and regional guidelines through cabinet simulations.
Facilitate a capacity building process in FocR4T prevention for technicians, producers and the general public. |
