This project provides administrative support to the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance of Guatemala for the hiring of veterinarian inspectors of food processing companies of animal origin with the purpose of exporting, but which in turn provides a permanent, impartial and independent service of Official veterinary inspection of export food processing companies of animal origin. General objective: Provide administrative support for the hiring of inspecting veterinarians that guarantee the safety of the processes and operation of export food processing companies of animal origin, as well as compliance with national and international standards. Specific objectives: Have a permanent, impartial and independent veterinary inspection service officialized to companies that process food of animal origin for export. |
