The technical assistance provided in rural communities for different development spaces is a tool that facilitates the execution of plans, programs, projects or other instruments of action, especially for a sector such as agriculture. Within FEDA, which is in charge of promoting activities that contribute to the promotion of the agricultural, fishing, aquaculture and rural development sectors, it creates a space of understanding that can improve agro-productive conditions in order to support the technical capacities that this fund offers. . This favors an improvement in this productive sector, since this has always been one of the pillars in the Dominican economy, therefore,
General objective:
Support the process of institutional strengthening and development of technical capacities of FEDA with a view to the technical assistance that it provides to the rural organizations that are beneficiaries of FEDA, as part of the growth of organizations belonging to the agricultural sector focused on fishing, aquaculture, agricultural and development productions. rural.
Specific objectives:
1. Support the development of technical capacities of the Special Fund for Agricultural Development, in topics prioritized by its Executive Director: silvopastoral systems, sustainable livestock, coconut production and industrialization, aquaculture, among others.
2. Implement a training program for technicians in the development of skills and leadership for smart agriculture, or agriculture 4.0.
3. Facilitate the acquisition of transport equipment and general inputs required to support the process of institutional strengthening of FEDA. |
