The purpose of the project is to complement the national implementation of the directive on the assessment of the environmental effects of certain public and private projects (EIA directive). Project number TEM021:00/2023 Case numbers VN/10230/2023 Setter Ministry of Employment and the Economy Task class Preparation of the boards presentation Tenure/Schedule 3/4/2023 – The additions and changes required to complete the national implementation of the EIA Directive are proposed to be made to the legislation. Provisions supplementing the redemption permit consideration for power lines and gas transmission pipelines that are included in the scope of the EIA procedure would be added to the Redemption Permit Act, which concerned the requirements to be set for the projects outline and implementation method. Regulations regarding the method of project implementation could be attached to the decision to be issued in the redemption permit procedure, which would be necessary to prevent harmful environmental effects caused by the project. In addition, regulations on monitoring compliance with these decisions are proposed to be included in the law.
