The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Health Service Improvement Program financed by the programmatic policy based loan (PBL) will support the health sector reform in KP as health care became a provincial subject after devolution of health to the provinces in the wake of the 18th Constitutional Amendment. al and thereby assisting the provincial government of KP (GoKP) in achieving its goal to provide quality health care services that are accessible, efficient and equitable especially for the poor and vulnerable.
