The project comprises the construction of a new central building (coeur de campus) as well as the renovation, restructuring and selective demolition of existing buildings on the Campus of the "École des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris" (HEC) on the Plateau de Saclay, south of Paris, France.
Objectives
The project supports phase 1 of HECs longer-term campus development programme, in view of creating a campus that fulfils the demands of the 21st century. The implementation of the Campus development programme will assist HEC to meet its strategic objective to strengthen its position as a higher education institution of international reputation by increasing the quality of the learning facilities and by providing additional space for its growth ambitions. The architectural project will encompass an important part dedicated to energy efficiency and climate issues.
