These include a Training of Trainers program for union members, awareness-raising workshops for union members and companies, an online awareness-raising campaign, Radio spots and TV programs with information about the economic empowerment of women and their participation in the labor market. As part of the advocacy work, a round table discussion and meetings with decision-makers from the Departments of Labour, Womens Departments and the private sector are planned, as well as an accompanying online campaign.
