Description of the project Expansion and modernization of production, which results in:
production of high-quality fuel that meets Euro-5 standards;
deepening the processing of hydrocarbon raw materials in order to increase the range of finished products and extract additional volumes of light oil products;
covering the growing shortage of motor fuels in the domestic market and eliminating the dependence of the western region of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The project was implemented within the framework of the State Program of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2015 - 2019.
