The project consists of building the northern section of the high voltage loop (225 kV) in Bamako, which will ultimately constitute the main framework for the supply and distribution of electrical energy in the Malian capital. It includes (i) a 103 km 225 kV double-circuit HV line, (ii) the extension of two existing substations, and (iii) the construction of three new substations.
