The Overseas Countries and Territories (OCTs) Financial Sector Facility is a credit facility addressing the adverse consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on the private sector, in particular for micro, small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) in New Caledonia and French Polynesia. Objectives The main objective is to support on-lending by financial intermediaries to private sector projects carried out by SMEs and midcaps.
