Description The project concerns the design, construction and operation of a reverse osmosis sea-water desalination facility, with production capabilities of 200 million m3 per annum, under a public-private partnership (PPP) scheme, located in Sorek, Israel. Objectives The project is intended to ensure access to water and have a climate change adaptation and mitigation impact addressing persistent droughts and increased demand for water.
