he Project aims at enhancment of the social and economic development of the country thru rehabilitation of 148 rural roads of total length of about 912 Km to improve living conditions and increase agricultural production. Project Description rehabilitation and asphalting of 912 km of rural road of 5 to 7 meter wide, with shouldera from 1 to 1.5 meter, protection , saftey and drainage worksplus the engineering services of detailed designs and tender document preparation and supervision of construction.
