Implementing Agency: URBEL BHTRANS SMPU SMOBI PROJECT DESCRIPTION A. Project Development Objective PDO Statement 22. The Project Development Objectives (PDO) are to improve: (i) the quality of service and accessibility to opportunities for public transport users in the area of influence of the Amazonas Express; and (ii) the urban living conditions of the poor in selected precarious settlements. PDO Level Indicators 23. Achievement of PDO will be measured with the following key indicators: Table 1. Indicators Outcome PDO Indicator Improved quality of service for public transport users in the area of influence of the Amazonas Express · Average commercial speed of bus service in the Amazonas Avenue at peak hour. · GHG emissions in Amazonas Express. · Beneficiaries satisfied with the quality of public transport service in the Amazonas Express (coverage, reliability, safety, personal security), differentiated by income and sex. Improved accessibility to opportunities for transit users in the Amazonas Express area of influence · Job opportunities accessible within 60 minutes in the area of influence of the Amazonas Express, differentiated by residents of Cabana and Jatobá, and for women in relation to men in these regions. Improved urban living conditions of the poor in selected precarious settlements · People provided with improved urban living conditions, differentiated by sex. · Beneficiaries reporting satisfaction with key aspects of citizen engagement process (information available, facilities, facilitation, location, language, number of meetings, etc.) in the Jatobá Region |
