Project Description
South Negros Bio Power, a collaboration
between ThomasLloyd CTI Asia Holdings Pte
and Bronzeoak Philippines (currently known
as AC Devco), is a Biomass Power Plant
which has an output of 24.99 MW and
located in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental,
Philippines.
The power plant will primarily use cane trash
as well as wood and grass as main fuel. It will
be utilizing local feedstock of about 220,000
tonnes per year.
The plant will be connected to the existing 69
kV substation in San Enrique, which is 8km
away to provide electricity to the urban centre
and rural areas in the island of Negros.
Pöyry’s Scope of Services
Pöyry Energy, Inc. provided Owner’s Engineer
services for the South Negros Biomass project
which includes the following:
· Review services for the engineering
design
· Site supervision
· Project management services |
