Project Description The projects were developed by Gulf MP Co., Ltd., the Owner of the power plants, who selected TOYO Engineering as EPC Contractor. These cogeneration plants were developed under the Thailand Small Power Producer (SPP) scheme, whereby 90 MW from each plant is sold to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) and the balance of the electricity and steam goes to Industrial Users in the areas. Services Pöyry has been engaged to complete contractors engineering services for the projects, including; · Pre-engineering. · Contractors Engineering services for the complete basic and detail design; including preparing the plant configuration, piping and plant engineering, plant layout design, civil and structural design, process design, control and instrumentation design and electrical design. · Procurement management, tendering and expediting services. |
