Project Detail |
This small, privately financed project complements a larger one in the region south of Nairobi in Kenya. Natural disasters and droughts are not expected to do so much harm to the population. In concrete terms, this project improves access to clean water. Broken, leaking or flood-polluted pipe systems and water points will be rehabilitated and repaired. In addition to improving the water supply, there is training on hygiene topics and education on how dirty water causes diseases.
