A reliable railway linking Abidjan, Ouagadougou, Niamey and Cotonou will benefit the entire region and contribute to the strengthening of economic and socio-political links between the States. Moreover, this planned railway line will be a vector favoring the exploitation and the development of mining, industrial and agricultural production and their disposal at a lower cost.
